ISD promotes collective action and mutual care to enhance the capabilities of individuals and communities, aiming to create a foundation for long-term, inclusive growth. These initiatives, supported by government bodies like NCERT, Ministry of Social Justice, and Tribal Affairs, have aimed at strengthening policy implementation, enhancing vocational training outcomes, and fostering inclusive growth through targeted studies and development programmes in underserved regions.

Projects For Young People
ISD has implemented diverse initiatives targeting young people across Rajasthan, including a pilot model school in Udaipur aimed for statewide expansion, digital literacy programs for children in conflict with the law in cities like Ajmer and Kota, and water skill training in Udaipur. Also, a business development programme in Banswara has supported young women in establishing sustainable menstrual product enterprises, with support from CASA-India, promoting empowerment through livelihood opportunities.
