Our holistic program focuses on comprehensive training, entrepreneurial skills, and micro-enterprise support, aligning with our vision for societal growth and development. Vision: Channeling youth energy into empowering livelihood skills, creating opportunities for individual well-being in society. Mission: Encourage, facilitate, and impart training in vital skills to young women and men with limited resources, enhancing professional and technical competency for diverse career opportunities. Problem Statement: ASER 2023 findings highlight critical challenges in education, including skill gaps, limited digital literacy, and gender disparities. These hinder economic growth, impede educational progress, and compromise workforce preparation. Our comprehensive program aims to address foundational skill gaps, leverage digital technology, support youth managing responsibilities, and combat gender disparities. Outcomes Due to Gaps: Skill gaps strain the labor force. Limited digital literacy impedes educational progress. Balancing responsibilities compromises educational goals. Gender disparities affect skill acquisition. Low vocational training enrollment raises employability concerns. Project Goal: Empower economically and socially vulnerable young adults (16-20 years) completing 10th or 12th standard by bridging education gaps, leveraging technology, and enhancing vocational training for better employment prospects. Beneficiaries: Schedule Tribes, Schedule Caste, Victims of Trafficking and Domestic Violence, Minorities in Urban and Rural Areas. Approach: Institutional-based skill building and community-based rehabilitation, engaging in a community safety net for comprehensive support.

Actions: Institutional-Based Approach: Conduct 4-to-6-month skill-based training courses aligned with NSDC. Offer options for advanced courses in select domains. Distribute certifications from La Martiniere SEOMP upon course completion. Provide Functional English Training to enhance language skills. Conduct Job Readiness and Interview Readiness training sessions. Community-Based Engagement: Engage parents through awareness programs on community safety nets. Conduct small skills development workshops, including bakery sessions, candle making, and bag making. Organize Wellbeing and Health Camps at the community level. Market Access - Placement: Facilitate Job Placement with a follow-up for 6 months to ensure sustained employment. Develop an Almanac as part of the Friends of SEOMP initiative, fostering ongoing community connection and support.
