  • Family Development Programme

    The Family Development Programme, focuses on enhancing the overall well-being of underprivileged families in India by promoting economic and social development ventures. This programme provides essential aid by offering financial backing for income-generating initiatives, facilitating the construction of safe housing and sanitation facilities, ensuring access to healthcare and education for children, and providing safe drinking water and electricity. It also conducts regular skill development training, promotes leadership qualities, and enhances decision-making abilities among women. Collaborating with 35 non-government organisations, this programme has positively impacted over 75,000 families across 5 states in India, guided by a dedicated team of 134 field staff members.

  • Community Development Programme

    Through the Community Development Programme, Save A Family Plan collaborates with marginalized Indian communities, empowering them to identify and address their own challenges. This initiative embraces an integrated village development approach, focusing on natural resource management, sustainable livelihood promotion, primary education advancement, enhanced community health, gender equity, governance capacity building, and environmental awareness to facilitate holistic progress within these communities.

  • Anugraha Programme

    The Anugraha programme, is dedicated to aiding impoverished Indian families by harnessing local resources and services. Through a rigorous eligibility assessment, deserving families receive financial support spanning six years. The primary objective of the Anugraha programme is to enhance the quality of life for these underprivileged families, fostering self-sufficiency and sustainable livelihoods within them, ultimately enabling them to lead more prosperous lives.

  • Pilot NGO Programme

    The Pilot NGO Project, initiated by Save A Family Plan, focuses on implementing impactful small-scale social development initiatives. It forms partnerships with new NGOs, assessing their capability to execute innovative projects funded by the organisation. Targeting deserving Indian communities, the project aims to improve living standards through a systematic approach. It identifies community needs in collaboration with local governing bodies, and partner NGOs utilize both financial and technical support to carry out activities that address community issues. Post-project, communities evaluate the interventions alongside Save A Family Plan and the partner NGO.

  • Golden Jubilee Housing Programme

    Addressing the persistent issue of inadequate housing in rural Indian communities, Save A Family Plan inaugurated the Golden Jubilee Housing Programme on its 50th anniversary of serving the impoverished in India. This initiative, in collaboration with partner non-governmental organisations and Government agencies, strives to provide secure shelter to underprivileged families. The programme aims to benefit 500 such families across India, with the first phase already delivering 152 houses to needy families in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
