Sambharam Distribution Programme
Since 2010, Sevabharathi has been generously offering complimentary sambharam to devotees during the ten-day annual 'thiruvalsam' festival at Sree Koodalmanikyam Temple, Irinjalakuda, which takes place in the scorching summer months of April and May. This service was further extended to include Sree Vishwanathapuram and Chelookkavu temples during their respective annual celebrations. Notably, it also takes pride in providing free drinking water to pedestrians and the general public. Temporary arrangements for this purpose are set up near the Municipal Bus Stand, Irinjalakuda, every year from January to May.

Saketham Programme
Saketham Seva Nilayam represents a novel initiative exclusively designed for elderly women, including those who are single, widowed, or sadly estranged from their families. Distinguishing itself, the project will incorporate a 2 KW solar panel system and a 5 cbm bio-gas facility, converting biodegradable waste into both energy and fertilizers for an essential kitchen garden. To bolster women's empowerment, tailoring and embroidery classes will be provided, fostering self-employment opportunities. Additionally, the project envisions a Gaushala featuring three native breed cows as part of its sustainable efforts.

Sangameshwara Vanaprastha Aashramam Programme
Sangameshwara Vanaprastha Aashramam is a gracious gift from the late Shri. Vattapparambil Radhakrishna Menon, entrusted to Sevabharathi Irinjalakuda for the care and shelter of elderly individuals who have been either forsaken by their loved ones or left without support. Presently, this sanctuary accommodates eight residents, including five elderly ladies in their late seventies, all of whom are provided with dedicated care and attention.

Monthly Financial Assistance Programme
Initially, Sevabharathi identified ten individuals in the vicinity of Irinjalakuda who, due to age or physical frailty, were unable to secure employment and support their families. Since October 2011, it has been extending monthly financial aid of two hundred and fifty rupees to these individuals. Over time, this programme has expanded to include sixteen more households, totalling twenty-six beneficiaries. Beyond the monetary assistance, we also provide them with kits comprising essentials like rice, lentils, sugar, and snacks during the festivals of Onam and Vishu.

The ambulance service commenced its operations officially on the 17th of April 2010. This service is provided without any charge to those in need, while a nominal fee is levied upon those with the means to afford it. In essence, the service operates on a non-profit, break-even basis. An additional accomplishment came when Sevabharathi was selected by K.S.E. Limited, Irinjalakuda, as part of its corporate social responsibility initiative. On the 12th of January 2017, Shri M.C. Paul, CMD of K.S.E. Limited, inaugurated the ambulance services, further enhancing the organisation's capabilities.
