We have the skill to train thousands of disabled in order to create a more sustainable future for the disabled in India Problem Statement About 1.34 crores persons with disabilities are in the employable age of 15 to 59 years. About 99 lakh persons with disabilities in the employable age group are non-workers or are marginal workers. Address problem Identify jobs that can be proficiently performed by the differently-abled in the industry. Advocate and create awareness among companies about the skills of the differently-abled. Convince companies to outsource jobs to us or create employment opportunities in their own premises. Create a training curriculum that is participative with industry peers and thus ensuring maximum placement for the beneficiaries. Spread mass awareness of the program to ensure that the program scales and becomes a value creator for all stakeholders in the program. Spearhead the mission in other states to ensure that the program can be more accessible to the participants Handhold the placement for the beneficiaries and celebrate their success to ensure more and more people benefit from this program Create self-sustaining business models which can survive and thrive by offering services and products to end customer. Provide alternate to waged employment for the future of disabled employment in India

Project Vidhi Skill Development and Employment Program For People With Disabilities
Nabet India has dedicated a great deal of effort to integrating the impoverished and those with disabilities into mainstream society. By finding job opportunities for transgender people, it also contributes to their economic empowerment and skill development. The beneficiaries who have been identified receive training in subjects that they find interesting and are presented with several options for long-term, steady work. The program is done with the intent to ensure that on completion , the beneficiaries can be seamlessly integrated into the workplace of the employer
