It works on creating an ecosystem that ensures every child in India has fair and inclusive access to high-quality education. Through its comprehensive approach, TEA actively supports state education departments by mobilizing expert teams to collaborate with both Government and non-government entities, co-creating innovative solutions to enhance the quality of education in Government schools. By focusing on excellence in Government schools and driving system reforms, TEA strives to make its vision of equitable education a reality for all children in India.

PMU for NGO Partnerships Management in Tamil Nadu & Tripura
StateSince 2018, TEA has been assisting the Samagra Shiksha department in Tamil Nadu to fulfil its education goals through the implementation of an NGO Partnerships strategy. Furthermore, TEA has recently embarked on a similar partnership with the Tripura Government. Acting as a Project Management Unit (PMU), TEA is entrusted with tasks such as on-boarding NGOs, developing frameworks, creating reporting templates, and conducting visits and reviews to ensure effective implementation of the partnership initiatives.

Project Assistance Unit (PAU) with Directorate of Education
TEA provides support to the Program Assistance Unit of the Directorate of Education, Delhi Government. This unit collaborates with various Branches, Education Officials, and NGO partners to conduct research, develop, and evaluate the reform initiatives in Delhi. Its projects encompass diverse areas such as parent engagement, teacher training, infrastructure development, curriculum design, and governance. The unit plays a crucial role in facilitating the overall improvement of the education system in Delhi through comprehensive and collaborative efforts.

As part of the School Quality Enhancement Programme (SQEP), TEA revitalizes under-utilized Government schools, transforming them into exemplary models of education. These schools serve as demonstrations of excellence and catalysts for widespread improvement. Acting as a project management partner, TEA facilitates collaboration between SDMC and NGOs to achieve desired outcomes effectively.

PMU For Foundational Literacy And Numeracy (FLN)
StateIn Madhya Pradesh, the Project Management Unit (PMU) at Rajya Shiksha Kendra (RSK) is spearheading an initiative that fosters collaboration between strategic and knowledge partners. Together, they are closely collaborating with the MP Education Department to enhance Foundational Literacy and Numeracy throughout the state. The PMU serves as a facilitator, coordinating efforts and leveraging expertise to strengthen educational foundations for children in Madhya Pradesh.

System Transformation Initiative Under SATH
StateIn Madhya Pradesh, TEA collaborates with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) State team as part of the NITI Aayog's SATH-E project. This joint effort aims to bring about education reform across all Elementary and Secondary schools in the state. The collaboration involves conducting diagnostic studies, developing reform strategies, ensuring excellence in implementation, and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation measures to ensure system accountability at a high level.
