Dhwani provides social organizations with integrated ICT (Information and Communications Technology) services. Organizations use Dhwani to collect Read more data in real time, to create analytical reports and graphs, to monitor the progress and measure the KPIs (key performance indicator) of different projects, to send bulk calls and SMS messages, and to explore products that can be utilized to save time and money. Its mobile-based financial inclusion platforms help organizations to go digital, integrating e-KYC and biometric services. It has worked with Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, Gujarat, to facilitate data collection through a customized app, helping monitor the program's progress across 150 tribal villages. Dhwani has also collaborated with Columbia University to create an online database of over a 100 schemes by the Gujarat Government on a web and mobile-based platform. It created a mobile app for 9 government schools in Rajasthan for a project for New Delhi's Centre for Project Research (CPR), helping CPR come up with the demographic profile of the education status of different communities in the region as well as the efficiency of government schools. Dhwani has also developed a customized app for Samarthan Bhopal called mDemand in Hindi. The mobile app is able to collect applications for "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" in over 250 Gram Panchayats of Bhopal. In addition, it has also worked with Edelever and with the Sehgal Foundation in Mewat Haryana.
