It envisions enhancing socio-economic conditions and raising the overall standard of living within communities by ensuring the efficient delivery of Government welfare and financial services at the last mile. The approach revolves around utilizing technology to bridge the information gap. This involves digitizing and organising data related to welfare schemes on the platform, thereby establishing a comprehensive repository of Government services available in various local Indian languages. It actively engages and empowers communities by enabling them to navigate the complexities of accessing welfare services. The model emphasizes women's empowerment by creating livelihood opportunities tailored to their needs. Its transformative model is poised to make a significant impact on socio-economic development, promoting inclusivity, and uplifting disadvantaged sections of society.

Yojana Card
The Yojana Card is a unique physical card designed for individuals with irregular household income and nano/micro businesses. It caters to a diverse range of occupations, including construction workers, sanitation workers, domestic workers, gig-economy fleet workers, truck drivers, factory workers, farmers, and farm labourers. By providing eligibility information and facilitating the discovery of welfare schemes, the card allows users to conveniently access their scheme list through a smartphone by scanning the QR code. Users can independently update their information, explore new schemes, and gain clarity on the necessary documents for scheme applications, eliminating the need for intermediaries.

Training and Livelihood Focus Programme
Field cadres are trained by HESPL to become Haqdarshaks, who offer application support services to communities for a fee. Through the Haqdarshak agent app, these cadres assess the eligibility of community members for welfare schemes. Once the screening is done, it provides citizens with comprehensive information about the schemes and necessary documentation.
