Miraculous Millets works to promote and conserve the indigenous millet in order to preserve the livelihood of small and marginal tribal farmers in Mad Read morehya Pradesh. It promotes the cultivation of millet through better agronomical practices amongst the farmers. It has a small processing unit in Seoni district in a partnership with 120 farmers, where it also trains women in operating processing mills, processing, packaging and labeling in order to empower the gender. Miraculous Millets also raises awareness regarding the many nutritional benefits of millet, the numerous ways to incorporate it into a daily diet, and the benefits that the cultivation of the crop has to the economy and to farmers.
