Healthcare Programmes
Supervasi is actively engaged in providing year-round medical aid and free medicines to the tribal community in Yeoor, Maharashtra. It offers diagnosis, distributes Ayurvedic and Allopathic medicines, and arranges necessary tests at nearby hospitals, all while training tribal apprentices in essential support skills. Additionally, Supervasi has organised numerous free health camps, ensuring treatment and follow-ups. Its innovative DoctorMaa Medical System utilizes AI-based algorithms to offer personalized medical assistance by detecting symptoms and diseases based on reported problems and providing automated medication suggestions. This system is made possible through dedicated tribal volunteers who collect and enter patient data, making low-cost Allopathic and Ayurvedic medicines accessible to beneficiaries based on their needs. Supervasi offers year-round legal aid and free legal services to the tribal population in Yeoor, Maharashtra. Supervasi also extends free legal guidance to local tribal land tillers, helping them with applications, legal documents, and initiating actions to secure their traditional tilling rights in Yeoor. In addition to legal support, Supervasi organises events like the PAN Card Distribution Ceremony and Free Documents Registration Camp, where it facilitates the issuance of essential legal IDs and documents, benefiting hundreds of tribal residents. Supervasi's "Unmol" Education Programme revolutionizes tribal education with multimedia resources like animations, movies, songs, and dance. Piloted in Yeoor, Maharashtra, it's expanding to benefit tribal farmers and housewives across Maharashtra and beyond. Supervasi aims to create enduring educational systems, and volunteers can witness its impact at the pilot centre. Dedicated volunteers earn recognition and contribute to educating marginalized communities. The programme covers child education, adult literacy, and fast-paced Std. 10 syllabus teaching using multimedia tools.

PACT Apprenticeship Programme
Supervasi offers the Pratigya Apprenticeship for Community Transformation (PACT), a two-year residential programme designed to empower Adivasi youth to contribute to their community's development. PACT encompasses diverse community programmes, including education, healthcare, sanitation, and reforestation. Supervasi covers the programme's infrastructure, accommodation, food, training, and equipment expenses. It conducts awareness campaigns and seminars in Adivasi villages to identify deserving candidates. PACT apprentices receive hands-on training in subjects like advanced computer skills, foreign languages, snakebite management, agriculture, arts, and culture. Personal development, community engagement, and active participation in programme management are integral components, preparing apprentices to create positive change in their communities and beyond.
