Abhinav works to support issues and causes related to women, children and youth in India. Abhinav has wide-spread interventions in agriculture, health Read morecare, water, hygiene, sanitation and child education. It also works to develop entrepreneurship as a way to achieve self-employment particularly addressing the need of being self-reliant. The organisation aims to provide both urban and rural poor services related to health, nutrition, education, sanitation and housing. It organises various training programmes to enhance capacity and skill formation through establishing various vocational training centres and educational institutions. The organisation has successfully implemented various Central and State projects which includes distribution of over 2000 health and hygiene kits, provision of more than 19070 vaccinations to mother and child, has rendered family welfare services to 15788 families and has provided more than 21741 curative treatment to the rural population. For farmers in terms of agricultural practices the organisation has organised 400 training sessions on latest and good agriculture practices, has formed 109 farmer information groups, has provided seed money to 70 small farmers and has established 12 farm schools in villages. Further, the organisation has structured 49 drinking water supply schemes, has constructed toilet facilities for 12000 poor families and 158 toilets under its flush and pride campaign. Additionally, it has provided sanitation facilities to 12000 poor families and safe drinking water to 300000 villagers. Also, the number for training and community development programmes has reached a total of 384143.

The government of Uttar Pradesh supported rural residents with medical, health, and family welfare issues by initiating the Innovative Health Project (IHP) and Promoting Clinical-based RCH Services.

Food Processing and Training Centre
Training programs in food processing have been offered in the Muzaffarnagar district since 2000.
Training is provided to youth, farmers, jobless men and women, and members of the SC, ST, and OBC.
Instruction in food processing, food preservation, food nutritional awareness, and the use of contemporary means to gather surplus food.
Participants receive instructions on how to make pickles, sauces, noodles, jams, jellies, baked goods, canned goods, etc.
