It also caters to organisations which need to analyse employee behaviour and productivity and offers help on work life balance, team-building, motivation, stress etc It approaches problems through the 4C method of connection, context, concept and convenience. When an individual connects the organisation seeking help the psychologist assigned to the person listens patiently to his/her issues making one feel valued and heard. Counselling sessions are held to set context to the individual’s pain areas, actionable and doable goals are set for the person to follow. While the individual is following the interventions as discussed in the sessions reasoning techniques and tools such as pictures, poetry and cinema are used to explain the individual’s mental situation. The organisation keeps the person as the centre of its activities and works according to his/her choice of therapist, location, timing of the session, mode of delivery etc. It also provides services to organisations which care about the wellness of its employees. As for an individual the organisation connects to the organisation to understand its work culture and philosophy and workshops are conducted to tackle employee problems of work-life balance, stress, motivation, team-building, depression etc. It also acts a bridge between employer and employee wherever such a situation arises.
