Promorph Solutions has developed a software solution EmpowerU to provide complete information regarding all parameters related to schools to the polic Read morey makers and stakeholders. It aids the higher authorities to monitor and take timely decisions which ultimately benefits the society and school children. The information provided include attendance of both children and teachers, performance evaluation, mid-day meal, toilet facility monitoring, asset tracking, leave management. It has been given the task of creating a data bank of all primary and secondary schools in Agartala by the Tripura Government. The data bank would contain details of the school, infrastructure, staff details and status of implementation of Government aided schemes. This data would be available to any minister or officer online to monitor. It has already launched the Empower U programme in Giridih Jharkhand. Through the application of this software there has been a positive impact on the education scene. The attendance of school teachers has increased to 86% from the previous 58% and mid-day meal is being served to 90% of the school children. It has also extended the same solution and customised it to suit the requirements of the University Institute of Engineering CSJMU and now the university is using it fully to realise various benefits. The Allegheny Intermediate Unit in Kandhamal, Odisha is also using EmpowerU to manage and monitor its activities.
