World Women Tourism works towards sustainable tourism development through its tourism services and supports women empowerment. Further, the organisation provides employment to women who form 75% of its workforce. In the area of sustainable tourism development, the organisation undertakes projects which help to develop tourism destinations and provides international promotion. It caters to governments, hotel industry, airlines and tourism corporations. In the area of women empowerment the organisation undertakes projects which aim to reduce gender inequality through promoting women in tourism and other sectors. It further educates, provides training and employment in the tourism sector.
