In the area of health, the organisation conducts training and education programmes for nurses and organises blood donation camps. In the area of education, the organisation has established a vocational training institute which is affiliated to National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Government of India, State Council for Technical Educational and Vocational Training and Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Government of Odisha. The aim of the institute is to impart technical training to make the educated unemployed youth suitable for industrial employment in Odisha as well as gainful self-employment.
