The Programme Implementation phase involves forging third-party partnerships as needed, engaging employees in the programs, conducting various activities such as webinars, and contact programmes, and utilizing marketing support like emails and flyers to promote these initiatives within the organisation and the broader society. The deliverables include programme designs, the establishment of necessary partnerships, on-ground programme execution, and marketing materials, with the option of a Responsible Employees Programme.

It involves a thorough review of sustainability data for accuracy and completeness, measurement of impact for each indicator and target value, and scrutiny for opportunities to amplify impact. The resulting sustainability report highlights the relationship between SDGs, targets, indicators, target values, and the business's impact. The second part, Frameworks Mapping, involves aligning annual reports with chosen frameworks or standards such as GRI, BRR, or SASB. The programme's deliverables include a Sustainability Report outlining the business's impact on SDGs, mapping data to a selected framework or standard, and an impact amplification plan.

Fandoro offers Assurance Services, which present an alternative set of services designed to review and audit third-party services for clients. These services encompass Data Audits, which validate the integrity of data submitted in progress and status reports, Work Product Inspection involving scrutiny of all deliverables before acceptance, and In-Process Reviews aimed at validating processes, their adherence, and execution methodology.
Additionally, Fandoro conducts Vendor and Facility Assessments. Vendor assessments evaluate the adoption of sustainable practices by suppliers, while Facility Assessments ensure compliance with sanitation practices and other requirements on shop floors and within manufacturing units.
