This is achieved by various creative means, such as storytelling and various skills building. The organization offers various programs in different areas to achieve the above goal. Education and Innovation The program makes learning an experience using custom content and using creative means such as storytelling for the delivery. It designed to fuel the innate curiosity and creative spirit of kids (especially girls) from lower income groups of urban,rural areas and make them a thinker and problem solver. The program helps the participants to expand their potential by learning skills using STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics) methodology. The intent is to enable them to be a better version of themselves and encourage to become a life long learner. Health and environment Conduct programs to create awareness around individual health, the environment and their interdependence. Women Empowerment The focus of the work is on women and girls from low income communities.

The vision is to create a transformed India where a billion thrive with equal opportunity, equity, and dignity. The mission is to empower youth, especially girls and women from marginalized communities, through STEAM learning, storytelling, and skill-building to become problem solvers, innovators, and leaders.

Gyanoday received the Google Rise Award in 2017, being the only Indian organization among 30 from 18 countries to receive this recognition.
