Claims to have received National Award 2009 for Child Welfare” by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt of India was conferred to General Secretary Mrs. Harita Gupta in November 2010. Also, conferred on LKS General Secretary, Mrs. Harita Gupta by NORTH INDIA LEADERSHIP AWARD-2019 for Medical services on 20 Dec 2019. The founder & the General Secretary, Late Shri Kalyan Singh Gupta, was conferred Padma Shri by the President of India, Late Dr. Zakir Hussain.

Eye Care
Lok Kalyan Samiti is committed to providing quality eye care to underserved individuals in Delhi and the NCR region through three centers. They offer subsidized consultations, free cataract removal surgeries, and refractive error corrections, including free spectacles. Equipped with modern facilities and equipment, they have conducted over 61,268 cataract surgeries and treated over 3.67 million patients, alongside organizing health camps and awareness campaigns.

General Medical Services
Lok Kalyan Samiti offers a range of consultancy services in general medicine, physiotherapy, gynecology, ENT, orthopedics, dental care, orthodontics, dermatology, and pediatrics at its two centers. Additionally, they provide homeopathy services as an alternative medicine option. Their well-equipped diagnostic laboratory and X-ray facility support pathological testing. The organization operates a full-fledged physiotherapy center at two locations, catering to patients with bone and joint-related ailments at minimal cost. Physiotherapy plays a crucial role in aiding individuals with disabilities, such as Cerebral Palsy, in maintaining functional ability and preventing further contractures through various exercises aimed at improving mobility, balance, strength, relaxation, and flexibility.
