They conduct community meetings, awareness campaigns, and parent-teacher interactions to promote the importance of girls' education and foster a positive ecosystem.Nanhi Kali conducts regular assessments to track the progress of the girls' education. This ensures that they are receiving the necessary support and enables the organisation to measure the impact of its programs.The project impacted the lives of over 550,000 girls from underserved communities across 15 states of India. The organisation's work not only empowers individual girls but also contributes to the larger goal of gender equality and social upliftment.

After School Education Support Programme
Girls in the Nanhi Kali project receive year-round support, including daily academic assistance through Nanhi Kali Academic Support Centres, which operate before/after school. These centres provide access to an adaptive learning software called Mindspark via digital tablets, covering subjects like Maths, Local Language, English, and Science. Trained women tutors, known as Community Associates, engage with the girls, ensuring personalized learning. The programme includes a sports curriculum, participation in the Toofaan Games, and an annual school supplies kit, promoting holistic development and empowering girls with educational resources, mentorship, and sports activities.
