StateVeddis Foundation collaborates within the Alliance for Scaling Policy Impact through Research and Evidence (ASPIRE), a coalition striving to expand impactful programmes addressing India's key developmental issues. Recognizing the importance of long-term partnerships, it blends comprehensive research on government priorities with extensive fieldwork to devise scalable policy solutions. ASPIRE's "evidence-to-action" approach identifies critical policy challenges, tests innovative solutions in collaboration with governments and J-PAL collaborators, and supports the widespread implementation of effective strategies. Drawing from J-PAL South Asia's 15-year history, ASPIRE engages in a four-step process involving diagnostic analysis, collaborative solution design and testing, program scaling, and continuous policy refinement through evidence dissemination and Government engagement.

CEGIS(Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States) Programme

It provides unrestricted grant funding to non-profits sharing their evidence-led approach and utilizing technology and data for enduring impact. The fund concentrates on innovative solutions that unlock public funds, enhance public service delivery, leverage technology and data effectively, and enable empowered policy-making. Offering up to Rs. 1 crore per year in unrestricted grant capital, multi-year commitments, hands-on support, additional funding for impact assessment and evaluation, as well as aid for brand building, marketing, and access to a network of investors and experts, the SIF seeks to empower impactful initiatives for lasting change.

Livelihoods Programme
Veddis Foundation collaborates with state Governments across Rajasthan, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Manipur to enhance public service delivery. Partnering with programs like RGAVP, HSRLM, HPSRLM, and MSRLM, it focuses on strengthening Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) and improving governance models. Through its initiatives, it has witnessed significant results, including a 55% increase in household incomes across 160,000 households in Rajasthan, leading to self-sustainability and replication of the model across districts. In Haryana, it aims to bolster 31 CLFs across seven districts, piloting livelihood interventions. Similarly, in Himachal Pradesh and Manipur, its focus lies on tech-driven governance, advocating for policy changes, and empowering rural communities for improved living standards. With established governance units in each region, the Veddis Foundation is dedicated to identifying systemic gaps and advocating for impactful policy shifts to enhance programme efficiency.
