BUDDHA OUTCAST SOCIAL SOCIETY- BOSS is a registered charitable society (NGO) engaging in rural development activities in this region from the year 199 Read more5 in Tiruvannamalai District , Tamilnadu south INDIA. It was established by a group of likeminded social activists, Feminist professional and a social workers joined hands to work for a cause of noble deeds such as social welfare, Socio Economic Development of the weaker sections. Our mission is to work with the most deprived and depressed sections of society i.e. BOSS Experienced in: • Social, Educational, Economical, and Environmental Development of Women, Children and Marginalized sections. • Specific emphasis on Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes living in vulnerable area and an all inclusive Agenda on Excluded communities. Mutual involvement is great; everyone is part of the community and knows that they are appreciated. We came to know about your charity through web search. We need more External Funding sources or Guidance for our rural community development activities.

SUCCESS SO FAR :  Women Self Help Groups- 120 was promoted.  Representation of women in Local Government.  Rural women health status analysis and education to 4125  Empowered women numbering 10,000.  Promoted women Entrepreneurship 200.  Increased Ground water level through safe Drinking Water.  Green Environment through 2.50 Lacks Tree saplings was planting.  Job Placement of Rural numbering 450.  Facilitation Role of NGOs.
