Currently, Sajhe Sapne is actively collaborating with Bihar's Musahar community, addressing the challenge of limited access to quality higher education and desirable jobs for young women in rural areas.

Sapna Centre Programme
Sapna Centres serve as community colleges for rural women, providing them with spaces to learn new skills, network, and access growth opportunities in the modern workforce. These physical centres offer comprehensive training in English, career intelligence, specialized industry skills, and digital literacy. Each course includes guaranteed job placements, on-the-job mentoring, and networking opportunities. In addition to skilling, Sapna Centres prioritize holistic leadership development and incorporate life skills and socio-emotional learning into their interactive and conversational sessions. The first Sapna Center is located in Kandbari, a village in Himachal Pradesh, where women from seven different states are currently enrolled in a residential professional growth programme lasting 9-12 months.

With the primary goal of providing young women in challenging circumstances access to quality higher education and prosperous careers, this mission focuses on the Musahar community in Bihar. This community represents one of India's most socially marginalized and impoverished castes. Its dedication lies in empowering these individuals and establishing pathways for their success. Through nurturing the aspirations of each person, its aim is to uplift the entire community, fostering collective growth and progress.
