Vedanta Rojgar Programme

In the fiscal year 2022-2023, it made a significant impact by enabling 16,500 beneficiaries to complete vocational training through its 84 centres. Notably, the Vedanta Foundation inaugurated a computer training centre in Bicholim, with key dignitaries present, aiming to bridge the digital divide in India. Additionally, its vocational training centres have earned accreditation from NSDC, further enhancing its commitment to empowering individuals with valuable skills and opportunities for employment and personal development.

Vedanta Foundation's Vedanta Shiksha initiative operates colleges and special schools, focused on providing quality education to less privileged students and enhancing their employability. These institutions eliminate financial barriers, offering support, career guidance, and placement assistance. Vedanta College Kolkata, launched in 2019, empowers economically disadvantaged students through quality education and industry insights. Vedanta College Mumbai, established in 2010, offers diverse degree programmes, while Vedanta Post Graduate Girls College in Reengus, Rajasthan, provides accessible higher education to rural students. These institutions collectively address educational challenges and empower students for a brighter future.
