Under this approach, the Foundation conducts various activities to enhance society's well-being. It focuses on five key areas: education, skill and entrepreneurship development, healthcare, rural development, and environmental sustainability.

Programs

  • Education Programmes

    The NCC Foundation is deeply involved in educational initiatives. It has donated four vehicles to Akshaya Patra, which provides mid-day meals to Government school children across India. In Hyderabad, the Foundation offers hands-on robotics training to students from Government schools. Furthermore, it supports online education for dropouts and unschooled students at its Nagpur centre. In Antervedipalem, East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, the Foundation provides home tuition in the evenings, aiding students in their preparations.

    The Foundation's commitment extends to tribal communities, as it supports 60 Ekal Schools in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. These schools, operated by Friends of the Tribal Society (FTS), aim to improve the living conditions of tribal families, even with teachers working voluntarily. Additionally, the NCC Foundation contributes to education by constructing and reconstructing school buildings in Antervedipalem, East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh.

  • Healthcare Programmes

    The NCC Foundation is actively involved in healthcare initiatives. It operates a Mobile Milk Bank through Dhaatri Mother’s Milk Bank, in collaboration with Sushena Health Foundation, to reduce infant mortality and morbidity. Additionally, the Foundation supports cancer screening and medical tests in Antervedipalem village through partnerships with the Lions Club and Grace Foundation. It also contributes to advanced eye research by donating to the LV Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad, a non-profit research organisation. The Foundation provides tricycles to physically challenged individuals and plays a crucial role in disaster relief efforts during floods and cyclones by offering medical assistance, drinking water, and food. Furthermore, it establishes trauma care centres along highways for enhanced safety and healthcare support.

  • Rural Development Programme

    The NCC Foundation actively participates in rural development projects, primarily focusing on Antervedipalem in the East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. Over the years, it has contributed to housing initiatives for economically weaker sections, building 168 one BHK houses in 2008 and thirty-six larger houses in 2014, each featuring two bedrooms, a hall, a kitchen, and a toilet. In 2015, the Foundation further enhanced living conditions by constructing pucca toilets for each of the 365 homes. These initiatives reflect the Foundation's commitment to improving the quality of life in rural areas.

  • Environmental Programmes

    NCC Foundation is dedicated to creating a more sustainable future. It has integrated the principles of sustainability into its corporate culture, focusing on economic, societal, and environmental perspectives. The Foundation's strategic objectives revolve around achieving balanced growth while making meaningful contributions to society, transcending the sole pursuit of profits. This commitment reflects its dedication to building a greener and more responsible tomorrow.

  • Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Programme

    NCC Foundation has set up a Skill and Entrepreneurship Development Centre, with the capacity to accommodate around 100 individuals. This centre provides training in various areas such as tailoring, pickle preparation, agriculture, jute bag production, driver training, and computer skills for youth and farmers. Its aim is to empower individuals and equip them with the skills needed to pursue entrepreneurial activities, fostering self-reliance and economic independence.
