Imparts education and creates awareness modules to impart holistic menstrual education in the form of direct workshops, training and videos. It helps curb inhibitions of rural women caused by social stigmas connected with it and rejects myths and taboos. It helps the environment by introducing affordable, biodegradable, reusable and environmentally friendly sanitary napkins. Generates awareness in other sections of the community also such as athletes, men and boys, teachers, factory workers and coaches. Involve rural women entrepreneurs as associates to spread and sell sanitary pads and thus provide them income opportunities. Claims to have conducted 1,100 plus workshops to generate awareness and livelihood. Works in orphanages, government schools, public schools, private schools, slums, village Anganwadi centers, monasteries, and vocational training centres to educate girls and women to deal with menstruation in an effective way. Claims to have impacted and benefitted the hygienic menstrual protection of 1,25,000 girls and women in India, Nepal, Tanzania and Ghana.   • Menstrual awareness workshops

    The primary objective of this workshop is to impart knowledge, raise awareness, and establish a safe and open platform for candid discussions about menstruation. The workshop seeks to cultivate empathy and support for individuals experiencing menstruation. The workshop covers various critical topics, including the biological aspects of menstruation, menstrual hygiene practices, dispelling myths and taboos, examining cultural perspectives, addressing period poverty, emphasizing the significance of menstrual education, and fostering a culture of support and understanding.
