Institute of Aero Management (IAM) Educational institution, established in 2015, operates as an educational institution offering courses primarily in Read moreAirline and Airport management diplomas. It expanded its scope in June 2019 by becoming a knowledge partner of the University of Technology, Jaipur. This partnership allowed IAM to admit students and provide training for a wide array of Degree, Diploma, and even PhD research courses affiliated with the university. Additionally, the institution is in talks with other universities to offer training for its courses. To enhance its educational contributions and development, the institution evolved into the IAM Education and Research Centre in February 2020, officially registered as a Trust under the relevant legal regulations. The Trust is governed by elected officials, including Mr. Josemon MB as President/Chairman, Mrs. Aswini Susan George as General Secretary, and Mrs. Ponnamma Babu as Treasurer. Recently, the Centre relocated its office to the 2nd floor of Sunu Plaza in Ernakulam District, Kerala, aiming to further facilitate its educational pursuits.

Aviation Courses Programme
IAM Education and Research Centre offers a range of aviation programmes. Its B.B.A. (Airline and Airport Management) spans 3 years, covering airport planning, security, and internships. Airport Ground Handling, a diploma, focuses on baggage handling and personality development. B.Sc. Hospitality and Tourism, a 3-year course, includes lodging and managerial positions. Cabin Crew Management, a 1-year diploma, trains for passenger safety and service. Logistics & Shipping Management, a PG diploma, explores supply chain logistics. It also offers B.B.A. (Aviation Travel Tourism) teaching customer service and tour operations. Diplomas in Air Hostess Training (12 months) and Flight Catering & Flight Attendant (6 months) focus on customer management and aviation service excellence.
