Community Health Integrated Platform
It aims to revolutionize healthcare delivery by providing an integrated digital platform, CHIP (Community Health Integrated Platform), which streamlines data collection and reporting for health workers. This platform, developed over seven years and currently being scaled across Rajasthan, offers offline-ready mobile applications for ASHAs, ANMs, and Medical Officers, enabling them to perform various tasks such as conducting digital health censuses, longitudinal follow-ups, and disease surveillance. Moreover, it empowers health officials with AI and GIS-based dashboards for real-time monitoring and personalized community engagement. Its unique features include a unified interface, data accountability mechanisms, and evidence-based scalability, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and impact of community healthcare services.

Khushi AI Platform
Khushi Baby utilises advanced analytics to assist Health Departments in enhancing healthcare delivery at the grassroots level. Its approach involves improving data quality among community health workers, predicting individual health risks, identifying vulnerable communities, and optimizing outreach interventions. By collaborating with researchers and employing machine learning models, it classifies health workers based on data quality and predicts maternal and child health outcomes, leading to more efficient interventions. Through advanced GIS techniques, it identifies spatial clusters and tailors targeted interventions, while also developing tools to evaluate the impact of messaging campaigns and optimize intervention strategies.
