Night School Transformation Program
Night School Transformation Program (NSTP).In addition to the NSTP, we have three verticals –The Career Cell, Tech-on-Wheels (TOW) and Evening Learning Centers (ELC). The Career Cell focuses on skilling and employment for Night School students while the TOW program imparts technology courses through well-equipped buses to underprivileged students in Day and Night Schools. The ELCs support the out of schools, dropouts and adolescents to pass 10’¹ grade especially in areas where Night Schools are not an option. We are planning to expand our NSTP model to territories across India The Program is specifically designed to meet the needs of Night Schools and its individual students. It is based on a 3-pronged intervention model consisting of interdependent focus areas for school transformation, namely Education Infrastructure and Inputs, Capacity Building for all Stakeholders and Advocacy. Masoom's Night School Transformation Program has been designed such that it can be easily replicated and implemented in schools and states across India. It is the only comprehensive model in use in the history of Night Schools.

Donor Testimonial
Our Company has known 'Masoom' for 5 years now. Although many NGOs are in the field related to Education, we liked the concept of Masoom giving a second chance at completing education to school drop-outs. Many such students drop out for personal socio-economic reasons & by offering them a chance to get back into the system and complete their education till high School, is wonderful. It not only enhances their literacy levels but also substantially enhances the opportunities for career enhancement. Apart from the Night Schools / Evening Learning Centers, Masoom also supports them for higher education, life skills, computer literacy etc. and that improves their overall personality development. I am sure they come out more self-confident after their stint with Masoom than when they had opted out of the education system. Our best wishes to Masoom & its dynamic team for bringing in many more such youth within the ambit of education!”
