It helps people who have lost their hands due to amputation/ birth disability to get back their lost hand through fitting them with a robotic hand. Robobionics has enabled sensors in the bionic hand so that sensations can be passed on the person using it. The bionic hand does not weight a lot so that the user does not feel stressed out wearing it. It is recognized by the Startup India Initiative by the DPIIT, Government of India besides being recognised as the TSS best social enterprise of the year 2021.
