Bastar Se Bazaar Tak Private Limited (Bastar Se Bazaar Tak) promotes custard apple and other forest produce, such as tamarind, black plum (jamun), and Read more spicy mango powder (amchoor). It is a social enterprise from Chhattisgarh and aims to provide employment opportunities and additional income to rural tribes, mostly women, farmers in the Bastar district in the southeast corner of the state. Its mission is to supply high-quality processed forest produce to urban consumers at a fair price, while reducing post-harvest losses for farmers. The produce is pure, without any added substances. It aims to realise its mission through post-harvest management, value addition, and marketing of processed food products.
