Its efforts are aimed to address the fact tha Read moret farmers do not have access to formal credit mechanism and even if Government schemes offer use of solutions the farmer has to pay first and them the subsidies are transferred gradually leading to blockage of capital. Over 90% farmers are unable to access technical and scientific information which can lead to increased knowledge and crop yields. It has developed a method of helping the farmers through training, finance, on-field support and market linkage. The farmers are trained on five aspects namely financial planning, sowing, nutrient management, harvesting and marketing to help them understand the supply-chain and accordingly benefit from knowledge. It provides finance and agricultural inputs like seeds, fertilizers to the farmers throughout the season. Field officers of the organisation visit the fields and provide advice and monitor crop health. It also trains connects the farmer to the local mandis and trains them to observe price fluctuations so that they can sell crops at the right time to earn good profits.
