It maintains an online website displaying all the products where customers can order online and purchase chosen products which is delivered to them in eco-friendly packaging. It also promotes the art of macrame among the general public by offering DIY kits and macrame art supplies which include natural cotton yarn sourced from recycled cloth from the fashion and textile industry and wood from responsibly managed forests.
