1. Institutional Integration & Policy Advocacy: By 2027, Uninhibited will stand as an organisation deeply embedded in the central and state government systems, transforming menstrual health at scale across India.

Behavioural Change & Menstrual Literacy: We are laser-focused on sparking behavioural change, deepening menstrual literacy, and expanding our reach through the Hello Saathi helpline, a lifeline for those in regions where health information and counselling is inaccessible. Our commitment is unwavering to collaborate with state governments, embed menstrual health education into policy, and create systems that endure long after our work is done.
3. Holistic Approach & Global Influence: We recognise that adolescence is a defining time—a whirlwind of physical, emotional, and social growth. Menstruation, as a part of this journey, is deeply intertwined with issues of gender justice, mental health, and the looming realities of climate change. Our approach is holistic and bold, we will lead critical research, amplify unheard voices, and influence policies that resonate not just locally but globally, championing the needs of the Global South in every conversation.
But our vision extends beyond the programmes we run. At Uninhibited, we are cultivating a participatory and adaptive culture, empowering our team to lead with purpose and authenticity. Through initiatives like the Period Fellowship, we are nurturing future leaders who will carry our mission forward with passion and conviction.
