Unnati works to train youth from underprivileged sections of society and place them in good livelihoods with partner organisations. Its tagline rea Read moreds “Learn | Earn | Stand tall” which amply goes on to indicate its core philosophy of equipping youth with employable skills, confidence and earning capability. Its residential programmes are available to youth aged 18 to 25 and include 300 hours of training in the areas of English language skills, life skills, values, basic computer knowledge, and vocational training based on their educational qualification. The trainees are placed in various corporate organisations in relevant positions offering them a sustainable source of income and social security leading to prosperity and stability.

Programs

  • UNXT Programme

    Is a training programme for students in the final year of Government colleges and is conducted right on the premises of the colleges themselves. No fees are charged to the students and digital certificates are provided to the students on successful completion. The programme is recognised by Government agencies of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh and guarantees employment.

  • Spark Unnati Grassroots Accelerator Mission(SUGAM) Programme

    The SUGAM programme seeks to promote entrepreneurship among rural youth enabling them to develop local businesses. It facilitates the budding rural businessman with venture funds, mentorship, advice, skill updates and partners towards the journey of setting up a small business and prosper. It also conducts entrepreneurship bootcamps in collaboration with Deakin University to enhance skill and confidence.

  • Unnati - Youth Empowerment and Social Transformation Program

    In just 35 Days a generation goes above poverty line forever. Unnati Program is a 35-day vocational training program offered to the underprivileged less educated, unemployed and economically backward youth with a guarantee of a job. Unnati enables inclusive growth. A very intense program covering 300hrs of training with blended learning. Every youth is taught English, Basic Computers, Tally, GST, Life Skills, Values and a core vocation depending on his or her education qualification.

  • Shiksha - Economic Support / Scholarship

    Economic support to underprivileged children in various schools .
