Its vision is to integrate those affected by leprosy into society, free from stigma, fostering dignity. Its mission revolves around eliminating prejudice by offering economic and social rehabilitation, education, and employment assistance to empower the affected community.

Programme for Setting Up Bal Panchayats
This programme initiated by the organisation involves setting up Bal Panchayats and offering financial aid for education, study, and sports materials at the colony level. It nurtures young leaders, educates them about their rights, connects them with Child Welfare Committees, and raises awareness about support services like the Child Helpline (1098). Four leprosy colonies have established these Panchayats, with plans to expand to 20 in the next three years.

Ulcer Care Programme
The organisation provides medical care for 16 leprosy colonies through its team of medical volunteers. It offers Ulcer Care Kits, along with training sessions on wound cleaning, rebandaging, infection prevention, and additional support. This initiative extends aid to over 160 individuals within these colonies, addressing their healthcare needs.

Community Kitchen Programme
The organisation runs a distinctive Community Kitchen initiative spearheaded by women, utilizing communal areas and donations of food grains and utensils to provide meals with dignity and care to those in need. With three operational kitchens, it feeds over 200 individuals per meal, offering sustenance at a nominal cost of just 10 rupees.

Work for Dignity Programme
The organisation, with the backing of Goonj, fosters a sense of dignity through activities in various leprosy colonies, promoting a collective effort to 'work and sustain' the community rather than rely on charity. Collaboratively, community members engage in tasks like pond and tank cleaning, constructing Chabutaras, and restoring water connections, among other actions, to actively contribute to their community's well-being and sustainability.
