Theory of Change

Global Hospital implements change in its processes and human resources as needed by regulatory compliances, statutory changes, and the growth of the organisation. These changes are driven through meetings wherein information is imparted to staff and the situation is discussed, and follow on circulars to alter procedures and responsibility allocations.

Milestones & Track Record

Global Hospital offers walk-in patients consultations across various specialties. It also runs extensive community outreach services that deliver doorstep health services to 80+ villages in Sirohi, a district with a significant tribal population. Since most of the target population is low income, the key challenge is funding the cost of delivering these essential health services. Retaining qualified staff to work in a less developed town/city is also a challenge.
