Stress Management and Weight Management Programme
The organization has initiated the Stress Management and Weight Management Program due to the evident link between stress and weight gain. Research confirms that excessive stress not only impacts metabolism but also elevates insulin levels in women. Recognizing the significance of exercise in weight loss, the programme 'Serene' aims to foster a peaceful mindset to encourage physical activity and curb the temptation for calorie-heavy junk food. By addressing stress and obesity together, it seeks to promote a serene state of mind conducive to healthier choices and regular exercise, ultimately aiding in weight management.
