GSH has expanded its operations to neighbouring areas, establishing a school and a large children's village in Parandwadi, Pune. It also offers extended care for higher education to Its graduated children. GSH is driven by a vision that values the worth and significance of every human life. It believes in providing children with a safe and loving environment, protecting them from violence and neglect. Education is highly prioritized, ensuring that each child receives well-rounded academic training. The organisation emphasizes the investment of faith, patience, discipline, and unconditional love in every child's growth. In terms of support, GSH strives to create a family-like atmosphere for the children in Its care. Dedicated house parents take care of their emotional, physical, and personal well-being. The children are provided with wholesome and nutritious food, and a balanced diet is maintained. Education is a key focus, with each child attending a school that suits their specific needs. GSH ensures that the children have access to educational materials, school supplies, and special tuition as required. Recreation and creative expression are encouraged through outings, hobbies, and activities such as dance, music, art, and photography. The team at Good Shepherd Homes actively supports the children's recovery through counselling, play, and group activities, recognizing that many of them have experienced rejection and abuse in the past.

Good Shepherd International Academy
Good Shepherd Homes has launched its inaugural full-time school, Good Shepherd International Academy (GSIA), which offers junior and senior KG classes as well as a pre-school, providing high-quality education to the Parandwadi area. While delivering a high academic standard, GSH continues to prioritize the most disadvantaged and underprivileged children. Therefore, the initial enrolment of 50 students at GSIA was from the neediest communities and areas in the Pune region.

Parandwadi Children's Village
The Parandwadi Children's Village, constructed by Good Shepherd Homes, stands as a premier child facility nestled in the hills surrounding Talegaon. In 2003, George, Renos, and James Sideras generously provided the funding to purchase 12 acres of land and supported the design and construction of the entire development through their charity. Today, the expansive campus boasts 8 residential buildings, 32 double apartments, a sewage treatment and water treatment plant, and accommodation for over 500 individuals. The remaining space holds exciting potential for the creation of recreational and community areas.

Food & Nutrition Programme
Good Shepherd Homes ensures the provision of wholesome and nutritious food, maintaining a balanced and healthy diet for the children in its care. The organisation's dedicated cooks prepare all meals on-site and distribute them to each home, guaranteeing access to nourishing sustenance.

Education holds great importance at Good Shepherd Homes, where it is given top priority. Each child is enrolled in a school that caters to their individual needs, ensuring a tailored educational experience. The majority of the children, around 85%, attend English schools. Good Shepherd Homes ensures that every child has access to books, educational materials, school supplies, and any necessary special tuition, leaving no child lacking in educational opportunities.

And of course, cricket holds a special place in its recreational endeavours, ensuring that sportsmanship and team spirit thrive among the children.
