In Government schools, students often encounter limited and poor literature confined to textbooks, hindering their development as active readers, especially for those from underserved communities. The one-year Padhne Ki Ghanti programme focuses on establishing vibrant children's libraries in partner Government primary schools. These libraries receive curated quality children's literature, creating spaces for independent learning. The programme engages students in weekly independent reading, storytelling, and reading-aloud sessions. Furthermore, monthly discussions with teachers enhance their capacity in language-related topics, fostering effective language teaching and library activities.

In the country's remotest areas, young individuals lack awareness of career possibilities, particularly for women facing minimal livelihood opportunities. Recognizing the eagerness for positive change, a two-year mentoring program is initiated for local women and youth aspiring to enhance education in their villages. The program guides them in classroom management, language, library education, and 21st-century skills for a year. It establishes forums for interaction with experts, and participation in reflection circles, workshops, seminars, and exposure visits. Successful participants are given opportunities to serve as change agents in the education system.

In remote areas, conventional teaching methods and rote learning persist, making school monotonous and lacking context. This monotony often leads children to drop out as they progress to higher grades. Over the three-year School Learning Programme, the focus is on transforming partner Government primary schools into conducive learning and discourse spaces. For children, learner-centric language practices and vibrant libraries enhance language acquisition. Thematic sessions, including art and music, foster life skills and well-being. Teachers benefit from demonstration classes, capacity-building sessions on pedagogy, and the establishment of reflective learning circles for continuous improvement.
