Vandemataram Foundation (VMF) works to instil values and shape the character of children attending under-resourced schools in rural and backward regio Read morens. By partnering with village elders, youth, alumni, parents, and teachers, VMF creates teams centred around village schools. These teams actively engage students in constructive and creative activities, fostering positive change. It acts as a catalyst for strengthening Government schools by facilitating collaboration among local stakeholders. Through sustained efforts, noticeable shifts in attitudes have been observed among teachers and the community. Through collaborative efforts and a focus on character development, Vandemataram Foundation strives to empower underprivileged students and foster positive change in their lives.

Impact

Vandemataram Foundation has made with over 150 Government schools in interior mandals of Warangal and Mahabubnagar districts benefiting from their programmes, over 5,600 students participating in Xth class campus activities, 680 students gaining admission to IIIT, 2,000 students pursuing polytechnic studies, 2,500 students receiving free intermediate seats, more than 100 students graduating, 18 students pursuing MBBS, one student selected as a scientist in ISRO, and several students pursuing higher education and employment opportunities in the USA.

  • Village Education Development Committees

    Village Education Development Committees(VEDC) introduces an innovative method to tackle school ownership, fostering educational objectives while maintaining a strong connection between parents, teachers, and students. This approach aims to ensure the smooth functioning of schools and facilitate successful outcomes in education.

  • Educational and Training Camps Programme

    Government school students with high potential face challenges in completing Xth class due to academic gaps. VMF's Xth class camps address these by employing experienced faculty and renowned academicians to teach a focused curriculum.

  • Kalam 100 Programme

    To commemorate the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr Abdul Kalam, VMF has initiated Kalam-100. This programme aims to assist 100 orphaned or underprivileged students by offering them quality technical education, while also instilling the principles and ideologies of Dr. Abdul Kalam.
