The Susandhi Fellowship Program is a pioneering initiative that bridges the gap between rural science students and
cutting-edge technology careers. It is the only program in India that provides 12th-standard science graduates with
access to high-end technical training at no cost, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder talent and ambition.
By selecting meritorious students from low-income backgrounds, this program not only imparts technical expertise
but also nurtures essential behavioral skills, social awareness, and workplace readiness. The result? Confident, skilled
professionals who uplift their communities while excelling in their careers.

    Karnataka

Research consistently shows that first-generation students, particularly girls from rural and economically challenged backgrounds, face the highest dropout
rates during the first year of higher education. Financial stress, lack of family guidance, and social pressures often force talented students to abandon
their educational dreams. The Pragati Path scholar-ship program intervenes at this critical juncture to ensure these bright young women can
    continue their educational journey.

The Yuvajaya’s Pragati Path Scholarship Program is designed to support
economically disadvantaged first-generation girl students in pursuing higher
education by providing financial assistance during their critical first year of graduation studies.
