At Udaan, there are no rigid criteria for teachers or students. Some of our teachers are even students in other classes. Anyone can teach if they have a passion for the subject. Through collaborative learning, we discover the joy of lifelong learning, regardless of age or circumstances. Our mission is to fulfill the fundamental human need to feel valued and included, fostering a sense of belonging akin to a close-knit family. Each member of our small and nurturing community receives personalized attention, encouraging both students and teachers to maintain a sense of wonder, curiosity, and openness to the world. We strive to keep the childlike spirit alive, encouraging continuous growth, appreciation for the little things, and a perspective of love and respect towards others and the world.

The organization has expanded from initially offering computer classes to now providing a range of educational programs including English conversation classes, educational trips, and life skills discussions.
