Nirnayam's UBU - You Be You programme invites budding professionals from various fields to engage with the children. Through sharing experiences, conducting activities, and encouraging creativity, these sessions serve as a lively and hands-on platform for the children to explore and unleash their inner potential.

At Nirnayam, the IE-Integral Education initiative focuses on mind-body wellness. It intertwines self-awareness with impactful learning encounters, encouraging students to unify their minds, bodies, and emotions. Through diverse grounding exercises and meditative activities, this approach forms the cornerstone of all programmes offered by Nirnayam, nurturing holistic development.

Nirnayam's E-Classes, known as Enhancement Classes, provide academic support to students in need. These sessions offer targeted assistance to struggling students, recognizing the diverse processing speeds and abilities among individuals. Volunteers repackage school lessons into easily digestible concepts, ensuring students understand the core of each lesson before progressing. Emphasizing a strong foundational understanding, these efforts aim to foster meaningful learning and retention for all participants.

Nirnayam's programme, EFG - English For Girls, focuses on enhancing girls' English proficiency. It involves a variety of activities covering reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. The curriculum encompasses communicative English, vocabulary building, grammar, pronunciation, punctuation, and reading aloud. Through engaging methods like quizzes, games, audiovisuals, dialogues, and skits, the programme aims to make learning enjoyable, enabling the girls to appreciate and excel in their academic pursuits conducted in English.

Nirnayam's Shishya programme focuses on student mentoring, pairing mentors with mentees based on the child's interests. Mentors strive to unlock each child's potential by nurturing a strong relationship through regular communication and personal interaction, both over the phone and in person, aiming to create a positive impact on the mentees' lives.
