"Shiksha" is a campaign acknowledging the integral role of stationery in education, aligning it with student learning. Notably, engaging stationery can inspire reading and writing among certain age groups. The initiative focuses on distributing stationery items to underprivileged children, aiming to motivate them towards studying. Beyond providing essential tools, it serves as a platform for nationwide student volunteering, fostering a sense of community service and instilling the value of giving back among youngsters.

Shashi Dream Foundation acknowledges the pivotal role women play in society across various sectors. Recognizing the importance of their well-being, especially concerning menstrual health, the organisation runs"Shashi Care." Amidst the prevalent use of unhygienic homemade alternatives for sanitary pads by 88% of Indian women, the initiative aims to address this critical issue. Through awareness campaigns targeted at underprivileged communities, it seeks to educate and advocate for menstrual hygiene, acknowledging its significant impact on women's health.

Shashi Pathshala is an exclusive educational initiative designed to inspire underprivileged children to embrace learning. It offers a secure environment where kids in need can access education. Currently operating in two locations—Katol with around 40 students and Sawargaon (Village) with 60 enrolled students—the combined branches cater to a family of over 100 children. Its core objective is to equip these youngsters with academic knowledge and vital social skills, empowering them to navigate real-life challenges for a brighter future.
