Ashadeep Association is a charitable organization founded by Late Dr. Adelheid Hueffer in 1976. Dr. Adelheid Hueffer was born on 26th October 1915 in Read moreMuenster, Germany. Ashadeep Association works towards enhancing the lives of the deprived and needy single parent children, orphans, handicapped and widows. Our activities are channelized through the 7 "Day Care" centers located in the western suburbs of Mumbai. The children are provided nutritious food, education and clothing, without separating them from their parents and their environment they are used to. The prime focus of our organization is to provide formal education to the children, for their bright and better future. Vision: “We at Ashadeep count it as a blessing and a privilege to be able to render loving service to all in need." Aim: “Ashadeep is committed to uplift the poor and needy children through education, food, clothing and medical services. The association is also dedicated in helping the underprivileged widows and women.” Objectives: The main concern of our association is to bring Ray of Hope to the fathers or mothers left to bring up children on their own. Our efforts are geared towards keeping the families viable and retaining their dignity. We want to prevent hunger and despair turning the children into beggars or driving them to a life of crime & drugs. We help the children with food, education and clothing, without separating them from their parents and the environment they are used to. It is our hope that these young people will eventually help to eradicate poverty and misery in their surroundings.

Ashadeep Association works towards enhancing the lives of the deprived and needy single parent children, orphans and widows. Ashadeep offers personal attention to the children and provides tuitions to groom the children and guide them the right way. To fulfil this objective, we are running 6 study centres for the under privileged children at our 6 “DayCare” centres in the western suburbs of Mumbai. A hungry child would not be able to focus or be attentive in studies. Therefore, Ashadeep provides nutritious food for the development of children. Ashadeep signifies a glimmer of hope to these children and their mother because they have been brought out of darkness and are placed in the light, a light which continues to glow for their bright future.
