The Challenge:
Women in villages remain the backbone of the communities, yet they lack access to income and healthcare. Only a small fraction of women (about 15%) are in formal, salaried employment.

Our Approach:
We organise women into cohorts, enabling them through training in financial literacy and enterprise (including handicraft, textile, tutoring, beauty & fashion). We also connect them to tangible markets to sell their product.

Impact:
- 17,000 jobs created
- 18 cohorts of enabled women formed

The Challenge:
In rural Punjab, more than 40% children in grades 3 to 5 cannot read at grade level. Rote learning continues to dominate classroom spaces, leaving youth under prepared and vulnerable to real life pressures.

Our Approach:
Learn Labs are a dynamic, tech-enabled, after-school hubs that make learning engaging and relevant. Through play-based learning, children build problem solving skills and reading fluency.

Impact:
- 430 Learn Labs currently operational
- 8,400 students
- 355 Changemakers managing and facilitating at Learn Labs

The Challenge:
Much like in the rest of India, cultural norms confine girls to the home, and a very small percentage of girls from rural backgrounds participate in organised sports.

Our Approach:
We use Football to empower girls by providing equipment, coaching, and safe spaces for play. Through the game, they learn leadership and teamwork, and gain confidence to challenge norms.

Impact:
- 810 Sports Centres
- 3,000+ girls registered under 1 Girl 1 Football
