Develops the underprivileged sections of society by keeping their culture, wisdom, self-esteem and self-respect intact. Works closely with villages to Read more develop and implement drought mitigation mechanisms. Organizes demonstrations about organic farming, natural farming and chemical free farming. The organization works closely with key persons of the villages, who in turn communicate all the problems and issues faced by the villages. The organization discusses all such requests and creates a plan to fulfil the requests along with the support of the partners. The organization mainly focuses on women empowerment, applied rural technology, rural education, community mobilization, environment, rural livelihood, agriculture, and animal husbandry

YPS envisions a society where underprivileged communities are empowered to meet their basic needs and become self-reliant. Its mission is to support deprived families, build sustainable communities, and bring underdeveloped elements into the mainstream of development.

Some key milestones of YPS include implementing large-scale watershed development projects, establishing agricultural training centers, and running health programs that have benefited numerous villages.
