  • Vocational Training Programmes

    Vocational training is essential in a country like India, where conventional education dominates, and financial constraints prevent many students from completing their studies. This training provides practical, skill-based education, equipping individuals for the job market. By offering courses in diverse fields such as IT, hospitality, and healthcare, vocational education helps students gain industry-specific skills, making them more employable. Not only does this reduce school dropouts, but it also empowers individuals to pursue stable, rewarding careers, addressing the nation’s skill gap and contributing to economic growth.

  • Skill Training Programme

    The Integrated Project for Development of People (IPDP), in collaboration with Smile Foundation, has been successfully executing a skill development program since 2014, aimed at uplifting underprivileged youth in the Kengeri region. This initiative offers free training in computer basics, English, personality development, and retail management to youth aged 18-25, preparing them for better job prospects. IPDP also provides career counseling and organizes exposure visits to enhance employability. With plans to partner with larger entities, IPDP is committed to expanding its impact, empowering more young people to succeed in the job market.
