Operating across the country, the Foundation reaches out to diverse communities, including those in urban, rural, and tribal settings. It addresses various aspects that contribute to overall well-being, encompassing preventive and curative healthcare, lifestyle modification and behaviour change, nutrition and food, life-saving and life-preserving services, education and learning, skill training and development, as well as local infrastructure building and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) initiatives.

Saving A Child’s Health initiative (SACHi)
The foundation has designed this program especially for children. It believes that every child has a right to access quality healthcare. Through this initiative, the foundation ensure that every child has access to quality heart-care at no cost. Child specialists from Apollo Hospitals volunteer their time and expertise to help children in need. The organization also supports children’s homes with a periodic supply of medicines and supplements.

This initiative is a comprehensive program that encompasses the physical, mental, social, ecological, and spiritual health of individuals and communities. With the vision of providing holistic healthcare from "womb to tomb," Total Health is the brainchild of founder-chairperson Dr Prathap C Reddy.
It is designed to cater to the health needs of entire communities, offering a comprehensive range of healthcare services and programs. By addressing various dimensions of health, it aims to promote overall well-being and development. The model has the potential to be replicated in different settings worldwide, contributing to community health and development on a global scale.
Currently, the program operates in rural areas of Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, and in tribal districts of the Amrabad Tiger Reserve spanning Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. -
Billion hearts beating
Dedicated to making a positive impact on a billion lives through its services built on principles of empathy, dignity, and respect. Project Aushad focuses on supplying medicines and organizing health camps to the elderly. Project Prashikshan conducts workshops on basic life support (BLS) for individuals and groups engaged in public service. These workshops equip participants with the knowledge and skills to provide essential life-saving support in emergency situations. Project Suraksha aims to empower healthcare workers by providing them with essential resources and tools necessary to save lives.
Additionally, the foundation has established critical care units in select populated areas of public interest.
