Furthermore, its reach extends to Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, and Uttarakhand, where it collaborates with local youth and children to work on education, women's empowerment, and livelihood development.

  • Education Resource Centre

    The Women Entrepreneurs Empowerment Project aims to promote entrepreneurship among women in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Bihar by providing comprehensive training and workshop sessions designed to enhance their business and marketing skills. This initiative seeks to equip women with the knowledge, tools, and confidence necessary to start, sustain, and grow their own businesses, thereby fostering economic independence and empowerment.

    1. Skill Development:
    o Provide hands-on training on key business skills, including financial management, strategic planning, branding, and customer relations.
    o Equip women with essential marketing knowledge such as market research, digital marketing, social media promotion, and sales strategies.
    2. Awareness and Confidence Building:
    o Educate women on available government schemes, financial resources, and entrepreneurial opportunities tailored to women in rural and urban settings.
    o Build self-confidence through motivational workshops and success stories of other women entrepreneurs.
    3. Networking and Mentorship:

    The Riddhi Siddhi Women's Self-Help Group, operated by the 4B Foundation, supports financially backward and single women facing economic crises due to circumstances like the loss of a husband. Despite challenges brought by the pandemic, these determined women have united to start their ventures and become successful entrepreneurs. The group has collaborated with NCUI for technical and market linkages to achieve their goal of nurturing their families and establishing a strong identity in society.
